 Sorry. Happens to all of us. I put a nice ding on my two week old Pepsi, then scratched the heck out of crystal with wife’s diamond ring as she accidentally banged into me. More to come. Someday, brand new after service and ready to do it all over again.

I know how first scratch feels but you will get over it when a second one appears.It's normal.

Makes me wonder how do those Panerais with polished bezels survive. Always see them w/o a scratch on any WRUW thread.
