i know a great deal in nyc is cash.
Don't expect wempe to give you much discount if its your first time buying there. They will tell you that it doesn't matter if you charge or pay cash, the reason being that they just want to close the deal and people are not likely to carry thousands of dollars in cash. If you have the cash in hand, trust me it makes a difference.

For easy price comparisons, check out Alanfurman.com for gray dealer prices, and then continue surfing the internet using your favorite search engine and browse both new and used Rolex vendors. None of these will be official AD's that will give aftersale handholding, but you'll be in a much stronger position to know a good price when you see one.

A little bit of web searching will yield big dividends in knowledge.

Wow JJ!

That's a great price. Last week I was quoted $7950 at an AD for the same YG/SS Blue Sub.

Yep, bought my TT Blue Sub in Aruba at Gandelman Jewelers back in early Feb. Paid $6696 out the door. Pleasure to deal with them. Nice selection as well.
