Nice pics buddy, looks incredible. Remember, by placing it in race mode, you can soften the ride by pushing the little suspension button on the steering wheel. This will soften the ride, but with race mode, you have full exhaust open and the shifts on the tranny will blow your mind. Have fun today.

I got lucky and there is a cars and coffeee happening today. I’m getting in a workout, picking up a buddy, and heading over with a pocket full of business cards.

In two weeks she goes in for a full plastic coating with a satin matte finish. I’ll post a few interior (which is amazing) shot today. Along with some other cars at the meet.
Amazing car, again congrats

I saw the guy that had it prior to me as well. He was very cool in that he literally gave me every last detail of the car. Also what he sold it for.

His thoughts were that I got a steal.

Quite a few people also very enthused about the interior of mine. It’s apparebtly got way more upgrades than I had even realized.

It’s been a great day.

Now off to a bbq with a bunch of buds I grew up with.

What a weekend so far.

I had a pretty packed weekend, so I missed the newest pictures. That being said...DAMN!! That freaking interior is awesome!

How does it sound compared to the Porsche?

So happy for you!

yeah man, the interior is freaking awesome. I did not realize how amazing it was until seeing quite a few other 458's. I really would have thought that much of this was standard. I mean...Ferrari!!!

The sound on this thing is like nothing I have ever driven. it is actually quite refined around the neighborhood. but once you press even gently only the gas it is a maniacal machine. the sounds is nearly impossible for me to describe other than it is nothing I ever expected, which is what I would have expected from a car like this.

it truly is super loud and a symphony at the same time. its ridiculous.

the V6 turbo Porsche is very different. not bad, but different. it is not as robust or as "filling" as the F car is.

I drove the Ferrari all day Saturday and Sunday. Monday I took out the Porsche as I knew we were going to an "estate" and the driveway is mostly gravel. this house has three other homes on the compound. talk about ridiculous.

anyway, so this was an hour to and from. I am almost afraid to admit this, but in many ways, I prefer the Porsche. by far, it is less stressful to drive. I imagine over time, the 458 will be more comfortable. the Porsche really is a drivers car too, whereas the 458 is literally a race car. 🏎 albeit a very comfortable one. because truly it is a luxury vehicle.

I am thrilled to have them both. and to make the choice which one to take is going to be my greatest pleasure.

I give Porsche a ton of credit. I am surprised how awesome it is when comparing the two. it really is that good of a car.

Congratulations and welcome to the wonderful world of Ferrari! Don't think you'll ever regret picking up their last naturally aspirated mid-engined V8 coupe. Absolutely amazing car.

Thanks man. Appreciate it. It’s thrilling to be sure.

Already can’t wait for the weekend.

And agree. No regrets on the horizon. Just lots of miles and smiles.

Well said

People use the forums to validate these kinds of purchases more than anything else and they shouldn’t have to.
