AP 26470 vs PP 5164r
For a rose gold sports watch, which one would you choose?

They are both great pieces, however I’d go for the AP....but on the bracelet.
The latest version of the RG ROO is stunning, IMHO, and far and away the best incarnation AP has produced |

AP in a heartbeat. Love the Nautilus line, but never been a real fan of the Aquanaut.

Neither! I would wait for Patek 5968R-001 (Rose-gold Aquanaut with Chronograph). I tried on 5968A-001 (SS Aquanaut with Chrono); and it had the best wrist presence for any Aquanaut model. If you want to stick to AP, just choose any rose-gold RO, not ROO. Just my two cents.

PP, as RG Aquas don’t look great on pics but in real are stunning, saw all of them and I am not a big fan in SS but in RG in the sun the dials are just amazing

I’d go PP no question. The 5164 is just more my taste than the ROO.

My only concern with the aquanaut is that i feel i would grow bored of it...i have tried the SS version and it did nothing for me quite frankly. And yes when i think Patek i think Nautilus first. Maybe i should stick to AP for rose gold sports until i am comfortable wearing a full rose gold nautilus.

I’m a bit biased as i really don’t particularly like the design of the PP, but personally I think of those two the AP is much more dynamic and sporty. As has been suggested, I’d put a rubber strap on it though.
