Daytona + Sub41 vs 1815 chrono

Hi,

I am considering of getting a new watch/watches.
I have owned a few basic sport Rolexes and a Speedmaster in the past.
Now I only have a pepsi gmt as my only watch.

I am thinking about getting a ceramic Daytona (Black) now and new Sub 124060 early next year.
However, the recent prices increases make me think whether I should get a Lange 1815 chrono white gold, black dial, instead of two "in-demand" Rolexes.
I am aware that this is Rolex forum but I do believe you will be able to give me valuable insights.

I include a brief background because most people that own 1815 chrono are the people who have more than two watches and they wear it in rotation.
If I pull the trigger on Lange, that will be it. I will have only two watches: a pepsi and 1815. I will not have another watch in the near future.

I want/like Rolexes because they are pretty robust for a mechanical watch (with versatility). I dress casually most of the time. I wear formal for only special occasions.

I come up with somewhat subjective pros and cons list for each choice:

Daytona and Sub

Pros

-I get two watches
-I do not need to "baby" white gold for damage
-two of the most iconic and timeless watches and it is hard to "go wrong"
-I prefer the dial side of Daytona over 1815 a bit more.
-easier to sell if I ever need emergency money (I hope I don't have to)

Cons
-I may get unwanted attention
-I have to overpay for premium(I can accept it but it is still a fact)

1815 Chrono

Pros
-It is more prestigious. Haute horology (or at least an entry to HH)
-beautiful movement
-It can be my dress watch
-Pure aesthetic
-flies under the radar

Cons
-I might baby it too much because of the materials (white gold and leather)
-I like the movement side more than the dial
-since its so pure and I won't have the capacity to rotate, I am worried that I might get bored in a few years or so

These are what I can think of for now. I would like to know your opinions. If you own any of these watches, it would also be great to hear your insight.

Thank you guys, in advance.
