Which do you like more.

Both are so unique and pretty cool although the Daytona probably will hold its value much longer.

I have the Daytona and am tempted to make the move to the Blue Sub !

I have the blue sub, its an iconic Rolex that everyone, even non watch aficionados, recognize but, with a slight twist, its x4 the price of its ss brother. Its a heavy hitter and the pinnacle of arguably Rolex most iconic watch design. If you’ve got to have the most exotic and expensive rolex diver, this is it.

I'm not sure which Daytona that ref is, is it WG as well? I have owned the WG Daytona meteorite dial - a superb watch - and currently own the WG Sub - a super superb watch. This was my choice. And, no, I never get tired of the vibrant blue color.

Smurf X10. The blue is never tiring. The way it looks in different lighting is the bonus. I have had mine for about 3 years and love this watch.

I ended up buying the 116519LN, which I prefer. That said, I’d love to own a 116619 as well.

Have owned both in the past, and both are fantastic pieces. Between those two, I’d choose sub, as I like the date and bracelet.

The Daytona is available on a bracelet...OP did say 116519 but you could always get the 116509. I guess the alternative question is if Rolex should put the OF on the 116619LB?

Submariner for me. I prefer it's size and dial clarity. White gold is stunning but not overly flashy.

Sub for me. I was choosing between those two. The Daytona was quite a bit cheaper for me, but I’m a sub guy through and through. I also felt that my first PM should be on a bracelet.

The blue dial and blue bezel really make the watch pop beautifully, it would rival the Hulk easily if the bracelet was SS
