I have both, and it’s a no brainer to me that the black is much nicer. The green is cool, but the black is in another class

Black Sub always although a nice blue would do but I'm just not a fan of a green watch.

Hulk! I always preferred the black dial, but after looking at them both in person the green is on a level above the black (IMO)

If you're counting votes, put me down in the camp that says you've got excellent black dial choices, so the LV adds a new look/dimension. Plus, every time I see it and how much variation that green dial can put out, depending on lighting, I'm reminded of how well Rolex executed it. I like the Kermit, too, fwiw, which sounds like a promising compromise position.... :)

The Hulk is a lot harder to get. You can’t go wrong with either one.

The Black Sub is a tool watch, the Green Sub is a jewelry
I doubt if Steve McQueen would wear a Hulk

I love my Hulk and since you already have a black dial Rolex. However, I would say I wore my black sub way more than I wear the hulk.

Both are great watches. My LN is my daily and I prefer black for my daily. But the LV is beautiful and if I was you I think I’d add that version for some color. Great collection already

Black Submariner or Green Submariner (HULK)

LN all the way. Green just doesn’t do it for me. Black is simply more versatile with a much broader range of wardrobe choices.

Hulk easily IMO. I have had both, including owning both at the same time, and I recently let my black date Sub go [again]. The green isn't overwhelming/too flashy IMO but different enough to be special from black dive watches that are everywhere. JMO of course.

"The Black Sub is a tool watch, the Green Sub is a jewelry" never thought about it in this way ...but maybe...

"I doubt if Steve McQueen would wear a Hulk" If "Hell is for Heros" were in color he may have worn a hulk...but it may have clashed with Khaki..."Magnificent Seven"...only the black would do...that is if they had wrist watches in those times.

I kinda like the idea of wearing my black sub while I go wrangling...Whoopee ti yi yo, git along little dogies
