6239 Paul Newman questions

Hi guys I’m thinking to purchase and invest on a Paul newman dial 6239 and would need some expert opinion.

How can I find out if the watch is originally comes with the Paul Newman exotic dial or it was a regular dial but was replaced with a Paul Newman dial?

Is there any way to find out or a good watch maker can easier swap two dials? I understand one of the best answer is buying from a trusted dealer but I’m still curious before I make a purchase. Really appreciated!

Simple: you can't. Any competent watchmaker can do this in minutes
