Hoping for opinions on condition of my 16760 GMT II Fat Lady

Hello,
I purchased my 16760 at an estate sale several years ago and recently realized it has a service dial and hands (Swiss only dial). I got a great deal on it, so I'm not too bummed out. I'm debating if it would be worth it to try and track down an original dial and hands, or just enjoy it as is. The serial # starts with 851xxxx, which I believe dates it to 1984, although the paperwork shows it was purchased in December 1986. I know there are several dials that were used on these. Does anyone know if there would be a specific version that would be correct based on the the serial #/ date of manufacture? Also, I was curious if the bezel insert looks original or if it's a service piece also? Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy out there!

Thanks, John

Not the best expert on this but I thought service dials for this would be 'Swiss Made'.

I haven't seen any Swiss only service dials around. Swiss only was used in a short period 1998-1999 or maybe early 2000 if i recall correctly.

If you would want to change the dial and hands to be period correct (i.e 1984 to 1986), you would want the tritium 'Swiss T < 25' dials.

Enjoy it as is. Who cares about a service dial etc, especially if you got a bargain.

Keep your powder dry and buy a cut price whole watch in 6 months if you still feel the need for the right dial etc...
