Swiss vs. Swiss Made dial question

When did the Swiss Made dials start to be used in Explorer 14270's and 114270's? I'm considering buying an A Serial Explorer 14270 with a Swiss Made dial and a fellow collector pointed out that it may be a service dial since A serials should be Swiss only...Any thoughts??

SWISS MADE or SWISS marked dials can be found with the "A" serial numbers. I've owned a few of the "A" serial numbered dials with the SWISS MADE myself.

Enjoy your watch!

I believe the early A serial will have Swiss only dial and subsequently the late serial A will come with Swiss Made. Both dials can be found in A serial.
