I imagine LAWW could do it. It’s probably not too much different than their vintage refinish.

would think that refinishing off all of that etching is going to remove a lot of metal and thin the case too much. LAWW would know best but don't see that working out well. You would be better off selling and finding an example to your liking. Just my 2 cents.

The gold would be added not taken, only thing that might be different very slightly is the color of gold. No gold would be lost.

I don’t “get” the scalloped appeal at all, and think it’s taken an elegant design, and made it almost comical. That said, I can’t imagine returning it to a correct case will be either cheap or easy...or worth it.

Thank you. I can’t wait to put my 9958 Oyster Bracelet on it. I’m sure it will look stunning. I think he received it on 4/30. So a month today. I have a feeling I will have it in my hands this week.
