N.B. that the Christie's estimate in that particular auction was only $3,824 - $5,735, so even they didn't suspect there would be a bidding war into the stratosphere. That one-time final bid should not necessarily be considered a reflection of true value.

I suspect this particular eBay seller will not sell it at the price he has it listed for (now more like 16K).

It didn't sell at $16,900 and has been relisted for $15,900 (or best offer).
