Pam 292!!!!

Ok, I have looked and looked all over the internet to see if I can find a PAM292 and found none! What I knew was that they started distributing these back in Sep/Oct 07 but only in Europe/Asia. And apparently US is getting 500 of the total 1000 first edition but started arriving in May 08. I have yet to see one in person and so far very scarce photos. Does anyone here have one and if so please share some love with us and post some pics!!!
I am waiting for mine as I told my AD I will sell a kidnee as soon as he gets it, he will only get one by the way!
Does anyone have a guess what might the price of this one be on the gray market?!?!?!?
Second question is of those initial 1000 292's will them be getting here or are we getting second editions? why? because I understand that the firts has teh PIG on the dial and the second doesn't. I would preffer to have one with the PIG!!!!

Secondary market is crazy, similar to other LE's. I actually handled one of the first ones in the states earlier this year. It is a very cool watch and looks better in person than pics.

Be patient and keep those fingers crossed, I hope you get one.

Now the 26, that is one that I am near the top of the list at every Boutique, and can't wait to land.

Wait to get one with out the SDV "Pig{ on the dial, the SDV looks tacky and more of a collection peice not a peice to wear. And what is the point of buying a watch if not to wear?

I think $7,800, but I saw one go out on the aftermarket for $15k; Solid $13k offers from guys who want to get one.
Another interesting thing is that the "J" series has the torpedo on the dial, apparently the new series does not, making the "J" (first) a special 1000 pc edition.

No 292 yet, my AD is telling me one is definetly coming in and it is MINE, but when he does not know, maybe Sep or Oct.
I emailed Panerai US asking about the 292 and they replied that they received a batch of them and are waiting for more but have no delivery time yet.
I hate the wait!!!! jajaja in the end it will pay off. apparently they will receive pig 292's. They are just very delayed with production. The first 292 in the US arrived this year and not back in October 07, as supposed.
Meanwhile I am enjoying my 88
