Wondering about Hulk future
Do you think the current Hulk will be discontinued for good, or will it be introduced again with the new movement. I have an opportunity to buy one, but I prefer waiting for the new model if any. Please share your opinions.

Based on what Rolex did to the BLNR and DSSD JC blue, I don't believe the Hulk will be discontinued, instead a 126610 Lv will be released with the new movement.
The most dramatic change I can imagine will be a no date Hulk, or TT No there won't be jubilee sub |

I just don't think they will release it with a jubilee bracelet. |

I’d say if you like the current incarnation, why not buy it if you you have the chance?

It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that it won’t be released as a ‘new generation’ model. If you like it now, buy it now. You don’t know what will or won’t happen in the future.

Wondering about Hulk future
If you like the watch - buy it. There is NO reason to wait for a new movement.
It’s not like there is anything wrong with the current one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Exactly that and with 30 plus of accuracy and reliability give me the tried and tested 3135 before any 32 series new movement.

I suspect the OP (OP, please correct me if I am wrong) is contemplating paying market rate. MSRP is a no-brainer because if new movement Hulk is released, worst that can happen is flip the old one for small profit Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

No point in waiting as others have said. If you can buy now at MSRP or at a market price you are comfortable with, then buy now.

“A bird in hand is worth more than 2 in the bush”
If you really like it get it, knowing how hard it is to get. If it’s FOMO, then let someone else enjoy it. No sense waiting for the “new” as no one knows if and when. The LV was initially an anniversary watch so it could be discontinued. |

My birds tell me it`s the last year of the hulk and there isn`t a 126610 LV to come! Over and out! I pray for a nice lunette bleue - blue as the ocean!

My guess is the Submariner will get a facelift in 2020 and the Hulk will be discontinued for a few years until it is offered again in the new refresh.

I would almost bet you that it will be temporarily unavailable after the new Submariner is released (I also anticipate the black bezel GMT LN to come back one day, though with a Jubilee bracelet).
I think in 2020 we get a new movement Submariner in YG, WG and two tone. Then in 2021 we get the new movement Submariner and Submariner Date (personally I think the Submariner may get axed, leaving only a Date model, but that's my speculation). And then in 2022 we probably get the new movement in the Hulk or at least another color variation. It may not be full green -- maybe they'll do a blue one this time.

As well as new movement a less 'garden tool green' MK II bezel insert perhaps.

The Hulk is already 9 year old with no major changes (expect few spacing on the dial) I would buy it before it is discontinued. It is a no brainer.
I am not sure Rolex will launch a new model. Last time around when the Kermit production was stopped the new model was quite different. |

After an eBay search from an earlier post I would suggest getting one while you can regardless of what next year brings. Especially at retail.
One of two things will happen they Discontinue it and the Collectibility goes up. Or they do not discontinue it and they release it in the new movement, and the price still goes up, because no one can actually buy a Rolex anyway This will lead to those who have a previous 3135 model jacking the price higher. stating that it is better (because reasons)... |

If you decide to pass on it, feel free to send it my way. I've been looking for one for months.

You don't want a Hulk. If you did, you would not be waiting.
