Vintage Rolex Authentic?

Hi, just purchased this online from a seller in Japan. Can someone please tell me if this is authentic? It may be pre 1940 based off of the movement. I'm not having any luck researching this model. The inside of the back case has a 3 digit number, not sure if that's the serial, but I can't find it anywhere else. Appreciate any assistance, thanks!

I am concerned about this watch. I'm not sure any part of it is authentic. I have a feeling that's an A Schild movement, a Seiko crown, and a repainted dial. Not sure about the case.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions, I haven't seen any models like this one after thoroughly researching it. Appreciate your help!
