It’s a nice beautiful town, nice place to visit. Go to Washington street mall, walking distance to city center and near the beach. Visits the vineyard for lunch or dinner.

Appreciate the response. I’ll check it out. As for the $16k Hulk, it’ll probably be there when I get there and will be there when I leave, ;)

Enjoy your trip.

Used to go there with my fam when I was a kid. Miss the Taylor pork rolls and frozen custard and the boardwalk!

Cape May is great! Never went as a kid (always went to LBI), but started coming here 5 years ago w my family. It’s much more laid back than many jersey shore towns, and has a diff vibe . A lot of Victorian architecture , wide beaches, good restaurants.

If you like beer, make sure you visit Cape May Brewery, ~15 min drive from the beach. This year due to corona they have an outdoor beer garden set up, or you can just buy beer to go.

Have a great time !

Cape May is a great little town. We do trips up there every so often. What did you think of the Vineyard? Maybe I'll check it out. Might take the ferry over from Lewes for a day trip.

Two great watches there by the way

The winery is fine, I like their Riesling, there’s a band that plays from 2-6 pm, they have a food truck to order food, no wine tasting though coz of current situation. You have to make a reservation for a table to hung out , drink and dine. You can reserve via their website

Great restaurants, don’t know how Covid affected them: Washington Inn, Union Park, Peter Shields.

Good wines at Turis Vineyards, formerly Turdo.

Go to Cape May Point by bike or car, not far. Nice walk. Go to the lighthouse park, too.

The Victorian houses are stunning. We’ve been there more than 20 times. Never tire of it.

Good tips, thanks. Glad you responded because it didn't even occur to me that you had to reserve a spot and no tastings.
