I thought there goes "another great post". You were making the difference. Now I am shocked. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
I recently lost my sister, and my mother followed as she did not managed to overcome her loss. So, please, be strong and keep in your mind your best moments together.

My wife and I were so touched by this. It is so beautifully penned at such a difficult time. You are so much stronger than most...your faith in God and your love for your wife is both evident and inspiring. Please know that we are thinking of both of you and pray with you. Greetings from across the pond Fred |

I typed up a few tries at this post. I am truly saddened by life's actions. The solace you find in both watches is the rose in the middle of all the dark around right now. Time will make everything clear. I will say a prayer for your family.

This really puts everything in perspective. We all love and have a passion for our watches. But at the end of the day they are just physical possessions. This post reminds us what TRULY matters.....the people in our lives!. Watches can be easily replaced.....our loved ones cannot!. Let this be a reminder never to take one single minute for granted!

I am so saddened by your terrible loss Steve.
As I sit reading this news I have been brought to tears. Although, like most here, we know each other only through written words, I feel a connection and friendship with you that seemingly has lasted for years. We have all gotten to know you and the type of person that you are. We have shared your journeys and adventures. If you allow us, we will share your grief as well. May God Bless And Keep You. |

I am in my living room with my 3 year old while my wife is out with her friends ... I cannot imagine living without her. I am so sorry Steve... I truly truly am. Cherish that watch as something symbolic, more symbolic than the many expeditions.

Very sorry for your loss, Steve. From the looks of it, she died doing something she loved. Hopefully that provides a small amount of comfort. Will keep you and your family in my prayers.
