Ad visit, again

Same old stuff, selling pm at retail plus tax, did have a yacht master 2 stainless that was “becoming hot” anyway.

Oyster rubber band thingy is super comfortable. feeding frenzy at the Rolex counter was just odd and not very welcoming. Almost got a Bluesy but was “sold”

I see that they have both sizes in the YM RG OF! I’m currently saving up for the smaller version as I have small wrists. I haven’t seen a side by side comparison in an AD case before. Good if you like PM watches. Bad if you like SS I guess. Thanks for sharing.

No shortage of yachmasters of any flavor anywhere these days it seems with Rose gold being the most available

If he had the white gold one I was a buyer possibly, not a rose gold dude, at
Least in that model. I am not a buyer at retail plus tax on a pm model

I asked if there was anything in the safe we can do, almost got a bluesy, sold

The rose gold yach master oysterflex is a nice combo, super comfortable. I'm not about to drop that kind of money on one though.

Yep, the band is soooo comfy. Just don’t have that type of dough hanging out for something like that, wish I did

I agree that it is some serious money to drop on a watch. I’m buying it to celebrate my upcoming college graduation and have budgeted for it. Most likely won’t be buying another Rolex for a very very long time.

Go for it, never had that experience so I can’t comment on celebrating it

I've also noticed that in NYC, most ADs have them in stock or not far away.

Hmmm...actually a pretty good selection of watches, comparatively speaking, of course.

Was that the newer RG YM w/glide lock?

Yeah, be grateful that you have that much of a selection to try on! The AD closest to me had 9 models - 5 were women's DJs.

I agree with many here on the rose gold YM. It's the most beautiful piece IMO; understated and regal.

The WG sub is the one that contrasts the best on your arm. really stunning. All the other yellow gold models kind of fades over your wrist due to the tattoos maybe.

And that’s exactly why I wear a yellow gold watch to be honest
