Soda Pop

So what's the difference between the bezel inserts of the GMT? There's the Coke, Pepsi, and Rootbeer. Is there any practical significance to the different colors? They all have the same increments, I think.

Yes just purely cometic but the GMT is quite a versatile watch get all the inserts then three different watches for the price of one
