Rolex Submariner 5508 Lumes

I am being offered a Rolex Submariner 5508 with a tropical dial. Problem is some of the hour plots have no lumes already. Do i have the dial re-lumed or just leave it as it is? Below is the picture of the watch.

Relume a 5508? Please do not-it will destroy the value!

speaking of the insert. shouldn't the 5508 insert have 0-15 marks on it?

I don't believe so or not all of them at least as I think there were a couple variations

I know there were very rare examples with a red triangle, but I thought all 5508's had 0-15 marks. I think the 6202 and 5510 may have had bezels like this example.

Sorry if I'm causing undue confusion. Perhaps the experts will clarify.

The 5508 bezel should have the 0-15 minute mark.
