Root Beer 16753 Authenticity?

Hey friends, looking to make a move from my Pepsi 16710 to this 1980 Root Beer GMT with nipple dial. Was curious if anything jumped out at anyone that looked off. Appreciate all opinions and expertise!

Was also curious if the hands looked original or like replacements. Not sure how to distinguish but seems like a lot of members have a good eye for that. Thanks again for any thoughts.

Appears to be service hands as well as the insert.

Thanks springer. This is another one I was taking a look at. It’s a 1981. I was torn between this one and the 1980 I originally posted. Does this insert and hands look original to you?

They will both end up costing me to same, so want to make sure I’m making the smart choice on the more “original” version.

Thanks again
