Doing the Bump & Grind

I don't want to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol IS a solution!

Well Al as far as I know Rolex has always used the KIF anti shock system except the Tudors with ETA that would be Incabloc.And now they use there own shock system which they call Paraflex in some models but whether Incabloc,Kif,Paraflex or any other name they all do basically the same job.
