You can clean the crystal with polywatch, or even gently with toothpaste, for an alternative strap, try a nato. Cape Cod, is for polished metal cleaning, not for brushed or crystal.

Rolex GMT Pepsi circa 1968 looking for service in Dallas
I just got this Rolex Pepsi 1675, serial 2XXX, from 1968. I was about to send it to RSC locally in Dallas, until I read some of the posts saying RSC replaces key parts of the watch like dials and hands. Anybody in the forum knows a trustful watch service shop for vintage Rolex in Dallas?

The 1675 Gmt is great watch, beautiful and yet very reliable. One of my favorite.
Like other member suggested, leave it unpolished and send to reliable 3rd party vintage Rolex watchmaker and they will take hood care of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
