Hamlet doubt on the Rolex SeaDweller. "Weird" pad on my SeaDweller 1665

Goodmorning everyone

A few days ago, it was pointed out to me that the bottom of my SeaDweller 1665 is different from those normally found on the watch.
I explain better: mine, it is bombed as it should be but the outer crown is different from other visas.

Can any of you tell me if it is normal or could it be something more rare?

thanks a lot
