1680 dial

It’s me again! Still on the hunt for my vintage fix while I’m stranded abroad while all the modern 6 digits are stuck home.

From what I can decipher;

Insert is definitely service, the hands too. The dial looks untouched. Wonder if it would be worth getting the hands colour matched.

I’m intending to use it as a daily wearer so the polishing on the case doesn’t bother me too much.

Let me know what you think! Thanks!

If I bought it I would look for an original tritium set of hands rather than color match and another 1-2k on a insert....dial looks ok though

Can’t exactly classify the dial. The L isn’t exactly mark 1 dead centre beneath the coronet. Maybe my eyesight is betraying me.

Fear is the tritium hands might vary with the dial and I’ll end up having to touch up the hands too. Thanks though that could be another option.

Not service at all.

Are the service hands tritium? Or luminova?
