Please help me decide on my next watch!

Hello gang!
I recently posted a thread regarding my next timepiece. It's kind of an important one, since it will be my gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I have a pretty decent collection, and I like mostly sports watches, and I tend to gravitate towards the larger pieces.
Although I do rotate my watches quite regularly, I find that my PAM 422 or my Breitling Navitimer 01 (46mm) have been getting the most wrist time lately.
I was pretty much decided on purchasing the PAM 1305, but then the IWC Big Pilot caught my eye...and it has sparked my curiosity quite significantly.
I am planning on going to the boutiques this weekend and trying them both on. My question is, should I stick to Panerai, one of my favorite brands and go for the 1305, or should I add the Big Pilot to my stable, a watch I know I will enjoy and wear often?
Also, I have no IWC's in my collection at this time. I am not looking to buy as an "investment", I do not plan on selling or flipping any of my current pieces...I am planning on buying new, and keeping the watch.
One last thing, the IWC boutique I will be visiting has both the Petit Prince version as well as the regular version of the Big Pilot... which one should I get if I decide on IWC? I have no blue dialed watches, but in the pics they both look great and are identically priced.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this post, and I appreciate your insight and help!

Put some line breaks between paragraphs. People are less inclined to read a wall of text.

Also, post pictures of the watches.

Here are a few options, if you’re not entirely wedded to the IWCs.

The Bvlgari Velocissimo, LW, and Hublot have bracelets which you can buy at a later date, should you fancy that option.

Of PJ's choices I like the GP Laureto and I like LWs, tho the Spidospeed and Elemental are my preferred models.

I'm a huge fan of the regular Big Pilot, I'm probably going to be picking one up here soon so that's my vote.

I tried this on the other day. New 46mm heritage. Pretty cool piece but a bit too big for my liking. You should definitely look at it if you’re thinking BP.

Good luck!

Already made my decision...went with the IWC Big Pilot Petite Prince edition, and I bought the IWC Mark XVIII Petite Prince edition for my wife, as a Christmas surprise gift for her, she has NO clue...only problem is I can't open my watch or wear it until Christmas day...so pics to follow on Christmas!!! Thanks for all your replies and advice!

Awesome decision! I was going to get Petite Prince too but it was a bit ti big for my small wrists, it just didn't look right on me. It broke my heart

Got a Sea Dweller 126600 instead but I can tell you that I have Big Pilot envy haha
