Asked for a reference of a seller i never contacted.

The link has 000webhostapp.com as domain.

100% agree Adam - reporting these scammers helps two ways.

The message scammer has sometimes hijacked an idle account and a quick lock-out + recovery process can be initiated to inform the legitimate member.

And, if it’s a new account, it can be banned forever.

The open warning does help new members know who is sending the messages but reporting helps admin & mods keep the forum safer.

Sorry for that, I saw this only on mobile and had only a few minutes to react. So I couldn't find the right forum.

Was most important deliver the message, I guess.

I got the message alert in my mail, but didn't see the message in the forum!

The sender was quickly banned after someone reported his PM, so it would have been removed from your inbox.
