I think it comes down to which watch you enjoy more. Which watch do you look forward to wearing, setting aside any perceived status given to either watch based upon scarcity or collectibility. Choose that watch and you won't have regrets later as to which one you chose to keep and which one you chose to sell.

I personally would always choose a Sub over a Daytona and this is no exception. I would love to a LV one day as a 5 digit ref.

While the Sub is my favourite model, between these to you have to choose, i would keep the Daytona. A green bezel LN Sub Date just doesn't do it for me.

LV all the way ,you can put a black insert or even a blue one and you’ll have three different watches,Daytona is just fashion for me,specially the black one is the most less visible chronograph out there.

This is a tough question for you I can see. I own Daytona same model as you.
I'm not fan of green Sub ether Kermit or Hulk. But if I have both, I would keep them. I can assure you that if you sell one of this, you'll regret for the rest of your life.

I like Daytonas and own one, but one of my biggest watchbuying regrets is passing on a Kermit when I bought my first (along with a 16600, but I digress). I’d keep the sub.

Sub LV - best all around watch. Sub has a date, far greater readability, better water resistance, love green color.

Daytona

My white face is getting all the wear and not picked up my Ceramic LV (but after the honeymoon period I'm sure it will get plenty more wrist time.)

Only you know the answer. The one you chose to wear the most, I guess wins, but they are very different watches so try and keep both.

If you're trying to raise some cash and like them both the same move the one that brings in the most $$. But if you're just simplifying put the LV in a safe and wear the 500. I'm not Nostradamus but I can't see the value of those LV's going anywhere but up.
