To me 6 digit is a must. Better bracelet, nicer bezel, nicer dial.

My very first Rolex was a TT Bluesey in 1994. Then I went even crazier with a Serti dial 11 years later and now I am very happy with a 2017 ceramic bluesy. I loved them all. You will be very happy with one.

Bought mine in 2016. It is a beautiful watch and was my wife’s favourite in my collection and the only watch I used to regularly recieve comments on. That said, I am moving back to the Uk next year and felt that I did not want that kind of attention when I get back. So I got a good offer and sold it last week.

I have had them come and go, and currently am without ANY 2 tone. For me, I prefer all or none...

There's a great shot of them side by side on a wrist here:

Thank you. I was thinking of selling it but I have changed my mind. I feel that it is different enough to stay. My son really likes that one a lot so he will get it in a few years.

I owned one for a day, learned my lesson not to buy watches when drinking. It made me feel like a shady used car salesman from the 80's.

photos do not do the watch justice. It is arguably Rolex's most striking watch.

There's probably a reason Rolex uses this one as the Submariner model shown first on their website. I wore mine today just to feel like a sleazy used car sales person. But I also went to the AD today to look at the full gold version!

Used car salesmen in South America wore Bluesy's in the 80's??

Maybe that's a better living than I realized

No 1 cosmetically in my opinion, though I do like the all platinum meteorite dial dress watches also. Wore a 2004 TT Bluesy for 14 years daily. Lots of comments on how nice it is. Still own it but have switched to a black DSSD for daily wear. If only I could get the DSSD in TT blue n Gold!

I had a Bluesy for a a year and a half before selling it. I liked the watch but wasn't wearing it often enough.

I find that owners of this watch especially 5 digit models are extremely and passionately in love with the watch. For many it is an easy daily wear that stays on their wrist all the time and they have no interest in getting rid of it anytime soon. Investment, future value, flipping, etc. are not generally on the radar of the owners. I think it has gained enough popularity to be a considered a signature Rolex model. I personally like it but just prefer the TT GMT a little more so went for that.
