Hello Again
Hello all,
I've been an avid watch enthusiast and ''collector'' for about 10 years, though my appreciation of wrist and pocket watches go back further. I set about collecting what I will call the classics and with time I saved and bought myself a rather impressive collection. I intially joined this forum last year though I have enjoyed the forum for some time as a non member. My world got turned upside down late last year when my 17 year old son took his own life. After which I sold off the majority of my watch collection as they the watches didn't seem to be of importances any longer. Next month (Oct) will mark a year since his passing, with much needed counselling I am no longer in the dark place I seemed for a good 6 month period. My son and I shared a common interest in watches and comics and I have since renewed my interest in both. My collection as of present may not in others eyes come even close to what I has assembled before, I no longer own a Rolex and with the prices now I doubt very much I will be adding one any time soon. As of now my humble collection is as follows : Tudor Ranger M79950-0001 Tudor Black Bay GMT M79830RB-0003 Tudor Black Bay M79230N-0009 Nomos Glashutte Club 701 Oris Rectangular 01 561 7783 4065 -07 5 19 17 IWC Schaffhausen Mark XVIII "Antoine De Saint Exupery" IW327003 Seiko Prospex Marinemaster 300M SLA023J1 Seiko Prospex Marinemaster Tuna 300M Padi Limited Edition SBBN039 Panerai Luminor PAM Limited Boutique Edition 00390 I have my doubts I will be a high output poster here as I think I enjoy reading here so much lol but I will contribute where I can... |
