Just perfect! If I could, I would join exactly the same collection for me. In any case, I would add a PM on oysterflex Daytona, but nothing beyond that.

Congrats! 👏👏👏

Patek tried to call you but kept getting voice mail.

Just kidding, congrats on reaching the end! Quite the feat and sprint!

Big congrats on such an awesome collection.

I haven't updated my signature in a few years, but I have almost all of the pieces you've listed (well, ... my "LV" is a '03 16610LV, Flat four, so it doesn't ever get worn), except for a modern Pepsi. I DO have a 16710 Pepsi, however - - it's my "wear in the workshop and garden and outdoor activities" watch.

Fully AGREE that the Blue SkyD is truly a phenomenon on it's own!! You really DO have to wear it to understand. Unfortunately, it IS a bit big on my 6.5" wrist.
And, I'll tell you that your first PM watch should be the 126655 Yachtmaster 40 in Everose. It, too, ... is an unexpected experience. Go to your AD, put it on, and quiver. Virtually everything about the Oysterflex strap and the warmth of that RG case, but the stealth of the black bezel - - it's amazing!!! Never thought I'd want a Yachtmaster, but this blew me away - - and it's the watch I thought I'd want to wear always. (That is, until I got my Aquanaut, but that's a different discussion)

Tthe reason I'm posting a comment is to ask a question:
I have often thought that I still want a modern 126710BLRO. I LOVE the BLNR, frankly, and it's on the Jubilee. But during the summer, the red/blue would be really nice, and the modern case of the 6 digit is a very different feel than my 5 digit used for my knock-around watch.

So, my question is, why can't we swap bezels or inserts on the ceramic 126710's?? It's something I do with my 5 digit, all the time! I put the black on during the winter, the Pepsi in the summer, and even have a Coke that doesn't ever get used.... ;-). Those inserts cost me $70ea from a Rolex service center, when you could still get them.

Does anyone swap out their inserts on the modern (6 digit, 12's) SS GMT's??

And seriously, you've really hit a nice plateau in your collection. Strong work!

(Now, go and get yourself a PP 5167 . . . and THEN you'll be done, or ... just beginning all over again with Patek!! ).

I’ve often wondered about that - but my OCD would kick in with the 24hr hand not matching the bezel they’re supposed to be in. Blue for the BLRN and red for the BLRO…

Thanks!

I'm not a fan of any Yacht-Master in any metal.

I have a vintage full precious metal AP, and I've had a 116618LB, and I sold the ladder because I grew sick of it.

The old $70 inserts were aluminum. They were cheaper to manufacturer and the bicolor GMT bezel is a marvel of manufacturing and innovation in itself so you can't really compare to the cheap aluminum 4 and 5-digit bezels.

I prefer the blro leaps and bounds over the blnr, although they are only slightly different.

Good luck!

I've been enjoying this a lot

Great collection! And yes, was just thinking today that the Pepsi on jubilee is easily one of the best all-round watches out there.

Congrats! I esp love the blue skyD on jubilee. I was allocated a white one randomly. Love it.

You’re closer to the beginning than the end. Maybe the end of this chapter.

Respectfully, i think it’s a great modern rolex hype piece collection. It’s the gateway drug. Now that you’re in, there’s vintage, there’s precious metal, there’s minute repeaters, perpetual calendars, auction grade pieces.

All your grails of yesterday are just pieces in the box. I’m excited to see where your collection grows from here. Cuz looks like money ain’t the problem.

I have the most amazing g shock... Over 15 years old, and has a battery and solar power function, and hasn't had to be serviced or has not needed a battery change! Here is a picture from Google of the same watch.

Thanks!
