Share your OP’s

Yes, it’s an entry level Rolex and doesn’t always receive attention from some WIS enthusiasts. That is until the recent craze & hard to acquire Stella like dials. I personally think their resale value is absurd for what you’re getting but to each their own. I respect that…

I love my OP for the beautiful dial, simplicity, ruggedness & value. It can be worn casually or easily dressed up.

Share the love for your OP. Proudly post that pic and say what YOU like about it.

Here's my first Rolex - an OP36 - I loved the color and design of the dial. They discontinued this dial when they moved the Explorer back down to 36mm.

Why did Rolex discontinue the OP's recently introduced red and yellow dials ?

My OP Air King. Great watch that can take a bit of a beating and then brushed back to life. Really pops with the white face. Flies under the radar, so to speak.

I love my Coral Red OP41. It’s a fun watch, even whimsical, for the normally staid Rolex. I wear it probably the most of my three Rolex, it goes mountainbiking, hiking, and just for casual daily use. It tells time which is enough for me.

Rolex will never say but a persistent rumor was that Quality Control was rejecting lots of these colored dials due to inconsistency. They were obviously popular so that sounds possible.

I looked at this one! I love it but wasn’t ready to purchase at the time.

Thank you!
It didn’t get much love at the time due to the double batons.
It had a very short run of 2 yrs. I was extremely lucky to pick it up preowned (unworn). It was awarded to an employee of an advertising agency who traded it.
