Panerai in house movements

Hi all. I'm about to pick up my first panerai, a 312 and I was wondering if someone could educate me a little more on the new in house movement used in this model. Specifically, does it have a seconds hacking feature and are there any issues with setting the date at certain times (danger zone etc) or anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance.

Yes the 312 has seconds hacking... if my memory serves me correctly I believe the 312 moves its date in hours as you would find in a GMT so it is much harder to have a danger zone with this type of feature. Hope the explanation helps.

The 312 is not a GMT model. It hacks but date should not be adjust between 10pm to 2pm.
