Pam 390 and pam 390 limited edition

Hello .. I was watching the latest Panerai price list and I noticed that the PAM 390 is priced at $ 5100. Now .. I'm being offered a new one but it seems to be 390 limited edition dial color tobacco
( brown) and not know what else more priced quite high as 30% more expensive. But the seller told me that still the actual value is higher at least 20% more than what I asked. Is that true?
Anyone know if there is a special edition and have that price so expensive?
After all the model is equal than the PAM 000 and his value is $ 4800.

The 390 is a limited edition (2000 pieces) with a list price of $5100. Limited supply & strong demand drives the price on the secondary market up to $6500 or so on average.
