Very nice Neil! I like the roman dial slightly more. Have you considered the platinum version?

I did notice this at first and felt the Romans were a bit sparse, but they are larger than the DD2's Romans so it makes sense.

I did. I really like the Plat diagonal but I think overall I prefer Romans on a DD and on the gold versions the Deconstructeds looks like little 3D bars of gold bullion so that gives it an extra luxurious touch.

Neil, you might want to see what Rolex has in store at this years Basel, perhaps some new dials

It's such a tough choice. I think I prefer the silver Romans dial to the diagonal motif, but both are very nice.
