Abu Dhabi Airport AD stock?

Hi,
I'm travelling between two of the most Rolex-scarce markets in the world (Australia and the UK), I've been trying to buy a BLNR for a few months now and have had no luck, I just missed one when I visited the US earlier this year. Does anyone know if the AD in Abu Dhabi is likely to have more stock? I'm there for a 2 hour connection so no time to leave the airport.

Understand I'd have to pay list-price, happy with that but not significantly more.

Thanks!

They are iffy. Sometimes their stock is good, other times they aren't worth visiting. Ring them up to know for certain.

FWIW, the DOH boutique usually has the best prices of the ME3 hubs. They are usually better priced than any of the boutiques in the UAE.

I might, but I'm actually flying tomorrow so with the time difference I may not get to it, I had misunderstood the Rolex AD website and only just realised they're inside the terminal, hence asking if anyone had direct experience.

Of course I'll just visit and ask.

They usually have most of the sports models in stock, pretty sure you will find a BLNR. If not call Sadiqqi and Sons im sure they will bring you one to the airport.

word of advice... call way in advance near middle to end of month... also venture out from the airport - 10% in stores outside the airport which they wont give at the airport.. trust me ;-) I know. Just got BLNR recently check it out HERE

I did call them & was told they could get me a BLNR in 15 days if I paid in full up front, guy was very keen to connect with me on what's app & for me to call him when I arrived.

I'm flying tomorrow so no-go, will call in & see them just in case.

Thank you, however I'm transiting on Ethiad and only have 1.5 hours (wanted some lounge time too) so I'm stuck with the airport.

I picked up a sub date at AbuDhabi airport, they also had a DSSD and a black GMTII when I was in, but no BLNR, just before and just after the New Year ( I popped in twice). The BLNR that they had earlier had sold but they said that they would have been able to get me one from downtown if I gave them notice. It might be worth asking them to get one but the prepayment would put me off, what if your plane was late and you didnt have the 90mins layover? I suppose they would refund it but exchange charges would be a bit of a hit. Security can be really slow even for transit passengers too.
You might be lucky though and they might have one in.

They are open 24hrs a day so you could even call them from your departure airport lounge and they then have 14 hours to get one.

I will be in Abu Dhabi in September for six days. Do you have any news or updates regarding rolex sport models or Vintage Rolex Models in Abu Dhabi ?

I'm looking for a BNIB BLNR and SS Daytona and GMT1675 in perfect condition

Call the head office, they'll advise you which boutique has what you want.

I got my first Rolex a Sea Dweller 12 years ago from Abu Dhabi airport. At that time they had every Rolex sports model in stock art from the Daytona. Duty free price was similar to AD prices (after discount)in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai and cheaper than UK price.

I was in Dubai recently they had a no date sub, Explorer I and II, Yachtmaster and few TT and gold models. They didn't have SS Sub C with date (green or black), BLNR or Daytonas. I was told they get Subs and BLNR but they get sold within an hour. The prices were higher compared to the UK high street prices
