I would take the Pepsi. That green is so bright I feel I would get tired of it quick. Not a fan.

Depends how long you’ll be waiting on the Pepsi, fortunately I own them both, along with an SD43. Prob going to add a Rose Gold Yachtmaster and Daytona to complete my case.

Looking at your signature, I think go for it. To start, you don’t have a Sub, think it’s a necessity in any collection. To me, a Hulk isn’t a daily, needs to be worn in a rotation, the green is perfect, but again, in moderation.

Get the Hulk, and when you get the call for the Pepsi, ditch the Explorer.

That’s what I would do if I had your collection.

I am a GMT Master II big fan, even more than Subs...

However, based on what you've described and considering that you've asked about Pros and CONS, regarding the Hulk, well... IMO there are NO cons ! It's a fantastic watch. It's simply perfect ! People often refer to the LVc green color like if it was the same as a reflective cycling vest LoL.
With the exception of being under direct sunlight, the watch IMO is discrete and not like a "fluorescent green" as some people make it look like !

I indeed prefer the BLNR and BLRO over the LVc but since you are mentioning the opportunity, GO for it without second thoughts !

I simply love mine !

IN FACT, I'm on my second LVc... Had my first one stolen one and a half year ago ! Both watches from the pics are not the same !! The one on the TOP is my current one and the one on the bottom was my first and stolen one (Older Pic)...

If you’re unsure, let someone that is buy it.
These things sad “unloved” for quite a while. All of the sudden, the internet “hype” kicked in and
now many want one. Personally, too much green for me.

Now that it’s actually a reality I’m a little unsure of wearing a green watch. I know this topic comes up a lot. Please give me your best thoughts - pros and cons - of the Hulk. Pictures and opinions please.

I love mine. Glad I picked mine up 5 years ago, before the current frenzy.

The sunburst dial is mesmerizing in full sunlight.

I agree with those who aren’t crazy about the super conspicuous look of the LV (hate the name and character Hulk too, but that’s immaterial). I love the look of the GMTII and would jump for one right away.

Its a great watch! I was a little unsure myself about wearing an all green watch but then realized fast how awesome it is! Its such a great casual watch that could also be worn for dress.

with your current collection, and the hesitation, i'd prob pass. If I was in your shoes, id flip the milguass for the LV.The LV, GMT LN, and EXii would be a solid collection with a lot of versatility imo

For what it is worth, I am not a big lover of green (I love blue though). Yet the SubLV is beautiful to me. So beautiful I did a 2000+ km trip this weekend to buy one. Wore it to a family lunch on Sunday and wore it to work the following day. It is beautiful and a nice compliment to my BLNR.

The LV is a great looking watch, if I was offered one at the time I could afford one, I would definetly get it. Every time I see one wearing one, it suprises me how hard it is to see that it's green. Really is nice dark colour, of course depending in which light you
're standing.

I love mine, it’s like a special watch. It goes with attire more easily than you think.. your clothes and Accesories need not even be green for it to work..

Couple of years ago it was a poor seller, now a lot of hype because of the SS shortage. If you don't really love it skip it

You will not regret getting this piece. If you do then flip it and get your money back and more. But you won’t won’t flip it.

Absolutely fantastic piece! And I'm in the camp of, "hated it for many years" and then decided to take a closer look one day. That look stayed on my brain for a looooooong time. Picked mine up this past June and I have a hard time taking it off the wrist.

Its replaced my SD43, and subsequently my BLNR as my fav. in the stable. I understand I'm still in the "honeymoon" phase, but as it's going on 7 weeks now, I think she's here to stay! Long live the HULK!

Good luck with the decision, but I say "go for it"!

I love the dial, not so much the bezel.
In your hesitation is your answer; be patient for the 126710 blro.

I was alway very unsure of the LV as well. As it just isn’t my usual style. But last week I happened to come across one in the wild whilst in Marbella. Honestly it really grabbed my attention and I will admit that I rather liked it. Unfortunately a 40mm piece is just to small for me, but if I had an average size wrist I would certainly add one to my collection as a fun occasional wear

Don’t worry too much about the Green color as from most angles, lighting and some fair distance the dial looks BLACK! So its never one your face..and yes, pls go and take it your hand, see it in flesh and bone, and it will sing to you...that dial is SO RICH!!!
My thoughts...

You can give it the watch a chance and if it isn't for you, then sell it.

It's not like you're buying it to flip, you're buying it to genuinely give it a shot.

I'm sure you put your name on the list for a reason

I was speaking with an AD and she told me that the people are really growing tired of it after a couple of months. Would not get it for my every day watch.
