Tempted to pull the trigger on a SubC...

...should I? Could I? Would I?

The dust has barely settled on the heady, overwhelmingly self-gratifying feeling of the GMTIIc, and already my thoughts are on the Sub...

SOO... this is it? I've got the fever... & from what I see within these hallowed pages, there is no cure. I am doomed to a life of lust and salivation over pure Swiss Bliss. Damn it!

Haha! Hapy Friday folks!

You can ask this of a thousand people.. You knew the answer before you completed your post. This is an illness and as you stated.. NO CURE lol.

Now go and get it and ENJOY it while you're healthy and happy.

Post some pics.

Happy and safe holidays to you and fellow TRF members.

Throw your computer in the trash and enjoy what you have. The forum is the source of your sickness for your desire of its never enough. I have seen pics on here with people who own 100 of the exact same subs. Good luck but no one seems to escape.

Before you do, try on an Omega Planet Ocean cal. 8500, a Tudor Pelagos and a few other divers - you might be surprised by just how good the competition is these days

No cure but the illness gets even worse when you start looking beyond Rolex to AP, PP, etc.

If money is a concern, get an older Sub, just seen one yesterday on classifieds for a pretty decent price. If money is not a concern, then HELL YES GET THE SUB C! Then wear it like its 1999!!!!

The Sub-C is a beautiful piece, can not go wrong picking one up. This place definitely does not help the Rolex addiction.

For years I said I didn't like the sub; that it was just too boring; hell I've even said it on here. . . But now, having tried on the Sub C. . . I have to say, the voices have started in the back of my head. It's just a gorgeous watch. I have to say, I'd be tempted to go for the hulk as I already have the GMTc but, ye gods, there IS something about it!!

Tempted to pull the trigger? Don't you know you should never aim towards something you are not prepared to shoot at?

X2 Looks like your GMT is all SS so a TT Sub would be a nice alternative look. I understand your passion.....I have this illness too. Don't think it will ever go beyond Rolex however.

Just do it. The back and forth will drive you crazy. Once bitten by the bug, you are going to buy it eventually so you might as well do it now
