Looks like a legit Rolex trench watch…not to sure about the stated size though, pretty sure these are closer to 30mm. If you are interested in the watch, I would suggest that you ask for a picture with a caliper that shows actual case size clearly…

The Marconi watches I have seen are not co-branded with the Rolex name.
I think the Rolex print on the dial was added later.
It's not the same shade as the white on the rest of the dial as well.
