I was thinking about the 010 but the inner and outer rings of the dial are supposedly different shades. In the pic above, the dial seems to be a uniform shade. That could be due to lighting hence I was intrigued.

That's Haidilao hotpot. There are 2 soup bases, 1 tom yam and 1 chicken soup. In reference to the practical complications thread you created, I just timed the cooking of beef slices to a precise 5s using the chrono (the white chrono hand came in very handy in that lighting). My wife rolled her eyes for 2s however.
