I contacted Feldman and Topper. Both seemed willing to discuss discount provided it was done over the phone and not via email. That seems to be par for the course, as the same happened to me with a cartier AD about a year ago. They likely don't want a paper trail of the discounts or people having emails showing them, yet the invoice...
