90s Tudor sub - buyers advice help!

Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong place to post this question about a 1992 Tudor sub which I am considering. I'm a little apprehensive given the cost of these watches these days, so just wanted to avoid any obvious mistakes. The price is fair and the seller is a retail store with a good reputation. There are no red flags, but I've read these are often targets for fakes which can fool even the best of us...and observations are most welcome!!

I would ask this question in the vintage age forum. Nice piece, hope it works out!
