Nezumi RUF legibility issue

As much as I like the design of the dial, I think something need to be done about the hour and minute needle that blends in too much to the background design. I suppose this is a common issue with light color dials. The Rolex Daytona is maybe the only watch that I think doesn't have this issue. The other way around is actually better, with a hour/minute needle that doesn't have lume, and instead it's either black or blue. I have a DuFrane dress watch that has very little lume, but I can see the time in low light because the dial is almost white and the needles are blue.
