San Jose AD.

Been at a new job for a month and travelling from London to San Jose for 4 weeks.
As AD’s here in London have no SS stock, i was wondering if anyone knows an AD in San Jose i can visit and may have stock or be able to get something in?
I will be back in San Jose in October and possibly March so keen to build a relationship with a US dealer.

You’re better off finding an AD in London. With the terrible exchange rate and import tax, you’ll be paying more than you would from Watchfinder.

You won’t find much of anything in the Bay Area SS wise.

Depending on what you are looking for. The lists are as long as other places.
I saw blue deep sea at AD on Friday

Shreve and Co in Palo Alto have both black and blue dial Milgauss. Just saw them an hour ago.

I’m sure most AD could care less about building more relationship. They can’t even fulfill their waitlist. Lol

If you can rent a car and head 1Hr and 15min south, Fourtane in Carmel is by far the best AD experience with new and vintage!!!!

Audrey and Josh are great!!!

I've been to many ADs in the Bay Area recently, and there is simply no stock. The one time I saw a 116601LN in the case at Davidson in Westfield Mall, I told the salesperson that it would be gone within a day. Sure enough, it was sold about ten minutes later.

Instead of going on a frustrating and fruitless search for nonexistent watches, why not go to Napa instead? I guarantee that none of the wineries there will tell you they're out of everything.

Zero inventory here in San Jose. You have nothing to lose by swinging by though and checking, just don’t get ur hopes up

Good luck finding something interesting here in SJ especially if you're not VIP customers. But if you have time to burn, it doesn't hurt to drop by a few local ADs checking out the seas of DJ/TT/PM

Take a quick trip over to Carmel and visit Fourtane, not much new inventory, but their vintage offerings are very delicious, just dont drool on the glass, they hate that. Either that or take a day and head up to San Francisco and visit HQ Milton.

You're coming to Silicon Valley where even the ADs aren't impressed with money since the VCs print them for the region on Sand Hill Road.

Some of these responses are really not constructive to the OP. If you don't have anything helpful, why say it?

OP - good luck in the Bay Area. I would try out Palo Alto has some have mentioned. Even venture north of SF if you have a car.

Bay Area is dried out. No previous purchasing history = no chance to even get on a list.
They also have no interest to even talk to you unless you buy PM.

The only way right now is to buy 1 or 2 PM and really chat with them during and after the purchase. In this case you have the relationship u need to GET on a list if you are lucky.

Lists usually stop at 25+

Getting my SD43 was only possible as I have a good relationship & purchasing history and I think that it will take another year until I get my Sky D (finally they said that I am the next one but I don't believe anything my AD says until I have the watch in my hands).
