I own a GMT Master with a 1.6 era serial number. Different sites on the web say this unit was manufactured in 1963-64 or 1967-68. Can anyone help me determine which is correct? Thanks.

Our own chart would agree with the later date estimate.

A watch from the 60's would have a date stamp inside the case-back for verification.
