Sold my Daytona, JLC and Patek all because they were too small, i tried to like them, they were all stunning stylish sophisticated pieces but so what, if they look like toys and disproportionate what's the point. JMHO

I don’t think I have ever noticed a gentleman’s watch and thought it was too small, however, I have seen many timepieces that were too big!

34 is classic, the trends for bigger watches are a recent fad... it will pass. Timeless watch sizes will always be in style.

34mm is a bit small for me for my personal tastes, but I have been wanting an older Air King with blue dial lately.

34mm~36mm perfect for me.
Study said the wrist size divided by 4.5 is your perfect size. The factor should be between 4.0 and 5.0. |

Used to think 36 is the smallest I'd go until I got this OP Date. It does wear like a 36 without a hint of undersized. Guess the engine turned bezel, light/creamy dial and shape of rivet bracelet play a part. I have a 7' wrist btw

We still have a 1002 in the box. My wife wore it for a daily for many years, but mostly wears her 36mm 116231 now days. LOL she went from 26 to 34 to 36. For years I wore 34/36 mm Rolex, but about a decade ago I quit wearing them. Subs and GMTs ever since.
