Always enjoyable to hear of good customer service experiences; It's not hard... yet increasingly rare. And what a perfect first choice of watch! I have the 1st gen' 214270 and I absolutely love it. After seeing the 2nd gen at Baselworld, I confess that I think it does look better... but it's out of the question for me. Congratulations to you, though. A gorgeous watch
