Rolex Day-Date 1803

Currently Im interested in the Rolex Day-Date. However, I saw a model I really liked with the rotor replaced by another rolex kaliber.

The original is Rolex Automatik Kaliber 1556, however the Rotorplate is from Kaliber 1570. Does this decrease the worth of the rolex much?

Also I read somewhere that Rolex did not produce their own kaliber temporarily, which Kalibers were this? IS the 1556 produced by Rolex? I heard the Kalibers from Zenith seems to be not the same quality. Thanks much!

All the 15 series use the same rotor post so expect all the rotor-plates would fit strange the rotor plate has been changed. And the only Zenith based movement that Rolex used was a ebauche El-Primo in the Daytona all 15 series Rolex in-house.
