Where can I get the one with Tiffany dial?
At the Tiffany boutique in NYC and a few other locations. But the wait list is even worse than a regular 5712. As a side note, when I spoke with the representative at Tiffany in NYC, he advised that they actually simply receive a regular 5712 from Patek then place a stamp on the dial at the Tiffany workshop. So everything about the watch is the same as unbranded one, they simply add the stamp to the dial then reassemble it, which is quite nice given the historical significance nonetheless.

Isn't that a bit scary that a brand new watch is opened outside the factory then reassembled again? Won't that void the warranty?

Actually, the stamping is done in HSWA (Patek Philippe's NY headquarters), so there is no issue with voiding the warranty or jeopardizing the integrity of the watch. As far as I know, though I may be wrong, Tiffany's carries Patek only in half a dozen of its US stores (NYC, LA/BH, SF, ATL, Houston, Honolulu) and certainly not in any of its locations abroad.

Lovely. Unfortunately for me, the "Tiffany" would attract unwanted attention... from my wife. Eventually resulting in confiscation.

Congratulations
The 5712 has certainly grown on me.
Especially after seeing a pretty unique one recently.
