Great, that's a wise choice too, you can swap to either SS bracelet or rubber strap upon weather or situation.
For me, climate is humid and hot, can't tolerate leather strap at all, and sometimes may get wet due to sudden shower, a rubber strap would be far much better. Nevertheless, swimming in pool with a nice watch would offer more pleasure to myself...:shakehand:

I use to always travel with my 5164, prefer it a lot more than the 5167 plus if you dont want the gmt hand you can hide it.

+1

5164 is easier to find and 5167 harder to get. I prefer the rubber on the 5164 but long gone towards my wife's new car.

Had both but kept only the 5164 due to bigger size and travel complication

I've came across many 5164a on display but not a single 5167a.

Its also easier to get 5167/1a than rubber strap version.

above comment is for south east asia ADs.

I’m hunting for a 5164a, anyone can shed a light which Salon has it ready or with minimum wait time? South East Asia and Middle East would be my pref.

Thanks in advance
